Zyncke is a veterinarian specialized in ruminants, earning her degree in 2014. She continued as a PhD researcher within the M-team at Ghent University, where her doctoral work focused on infection dynamics during the dry period. This research resulted in a validated step-by-step protocol for selective dry cow therapy, which she successfully defended in 2019.

Alongside her PhD, she worked as a clinician in obstetrics, supervised veterinary students, and contributed to routine laboratory activities. In 2020, she joined AMCRA as a data analyst, further strengthening her expertise in data-driven decision-making in animal health. From 2021 onward, she worked as a veterinarian at DGZ–Vivee–MCC Flanders, the Flemish organization for animal health and milk quality, providing support to dairy farms through consultancy and advisory services.

Since 2022, Zyncke has served as Team Leader Field Service and Healthcare Account Manager, leading a team of field technical advisors specialized in milking and udder health. Drawing on extensive experience in dairy farm consultancy and advanced udder health advisory services, she works with dairy farmers and veterinarians to translate evidence into on-farm improvements. She also shares her expertise through workshops and presentations for farmers and industry professionals.
